AdSense for feeds is a program that enables publishers to place relevant ads in the feeds they syndicate. You still have to get approved, though, so I'm assuming that this will probably be reserved for the "larger" publishers out there.
1. To your reader / aggregator?
2. To your webpage applied / fitted to content published by providers?
3. What about security? There are security leaks in
webbrowsers, that are relatively mature.
4. What about manipulating content, superimposing
your own content on the Ad?
