my CPC is steadily increasing

Looks like going forward this improves

Looks like CPC improves based on content,ads and the popularity of website.

Initially i used to get 50 cents for 10 clicks, now iam getting 50 to 65 cents for 3 clicks alone.

Did anyone see such a pattern?
Or it is just that advertisers are paying more?
