I've violated this several times in this forum by disclosing my CTR and "other statistics relateing to Site performance in the Program." Out of fear, I've just removed my web site from my profile right now. G might not be wasting its time running after such type of violation of its TOS, but just in case they decide on cracking down on such violation, better be on the safe side. (It won't be so difficult for them to track down such violation with the powerful text fetching/analysis technology they have in their hands.)
Many of us here have also violated this part of the TOS, in most cases knowing that we have volated it. So now what? We don't take G's TOS seriously or what's your opinion on this matter?
