Can u add adsense to a guestbook page when u have used something such as viper or advanced guest? and also what about forums? such as phpbb? can't find the answer in the viper or advanced guest book or the phpbb sites

Yes it's allowed in all scripts/program.

Important is the content!
example: if you sharing warez/porno on forums thats naturally not allowed by law and adsense!
