Reporting - Breakers of Google's TOC

Is there an email address I can mail to, another bloke has come in in my category and is really practically asking his visitors to visit the google site he has also announced it publicly. I know that if advertisers ROI goes down that will affect me as they reduce the amount they pay since he is in the same category. I do not want to be tarnished with the same brush.

Well, regardless of what y'all are talking about, some of us prefer zag. Zig's is a restaurant out here in the Valley, and their restrooms smell so bad you can smell it out in the restaurant part. Needless to say, I can personally do without Zig's.

If you're talking East Coast Swing, that I can do. But Zig, no way!

Is it wrong to ask people to visit your advertisers? I mean doesn't everyone do it or want it in one way or another. I ask people to visit my advertisers because they are of the same interest as my site is and they offer something valuable. I have a voice in my community and I feel I can connect consumers, potential buyers, to the advertisers. :)

It is only wrong if you are showing ads for a network, which prohibits doing so. This would pretty much cover all of the big networks.

However, if you had affiliates that paid for action and not for click, I do not see anything wrong since you will get paid for a purchase or an action that your visitor takes such as subscribing to something.

Yea I agree with you on that part, and its an approach that's more sensible, and to give those that really have not read the TOS and understood it correctly, a chance to put things right before they do get caught & loose out, which is what daunk said he had done, so having done that and you get no response back and things stay the same then they should be reported period.

But lets be honest here, nobody here right now can really honestly say they would be happy paying out hundreds of $ on clicks to your web that brought no ROI just because most were clicking on your Add because they were persuaded/guided to do so.
