I woke up Saturday morning and saw that I had X amount of impressions and X + 1 clicks. I emailed Google right away about this. Can I get dropped from the program because of someone else's doing?

Check again tomorrow.

That's possible if there are 4 ads in one unit and 2 are clicked and 1 ad out of each other unit is clicked.
