AdSense and character encoding

Charsets it doesn't recognize

Hi,

Is it just me, or do other people see it too: AdSense unable to recognize some Eastern-Eurpoean character sets?

Here's what I see:

1) "Gooooogle #$#@#$#@%" (#$@ seems to be Chinese or Japanese) in place of "Ads by Goooooogle".
2) If ads are in English, they are correctly dislayed. If they are in another language, all I see is a bunch of question marks (Google has a Javascript encoding bug?)

This site has charset specified in a meta tag on every page.

added: happens in both IE 6.0 and Firefox, and on different machines.
