I have had visitors who click 50, 40 and 30 times on ads.
What should I do?
Report it to google?
Or is it normal that sometimes a visitor clicks that much?

(Now I see somebody clicked 123 times last month!)

Are you joking around? If not, then tell Google about this suspicious activity ASAP - letting them know as much as you can find out (times, log entries, etc.).

That's never normal. It sounds like someone's mistakenly trying to reward you, or is trying to drain a competitor's ad budget via an ad that shows on your site, or is trying to get you kicked for click fraud. I'd report it every time you see it.

Now I mailed Google with my honest reaction that it was not me and that I've banned these ip's from my site.

How did You find this out?

122 clicks

How many different ads?
In what time? Same hour, same day, multiple visits?

Since it seems Yous use a click tracker, is there a difference between tracked clicks and clicks which Google counted - I mean that this clicks had maybe already beed deducted as invalid.

I would find it normal, if somebody clicks 20 different ads in several hours on one of my sites. At other sites, I would find it strange.
