Adview Attack Causes EPC to be cut by 75%

Someone attacked my adsense ads at 9:00 am on Friday. I received 5 days of ad views in 1 hour. Ad clicks were normal.

Instantly, my EPC dropped by 75% across dozens of subjects.

It is Saturday night and EPC is still 75% less than normal on at least 20 different topics.

AWA, How can this be allowed to happen? How can you permanently kill a publishers income due to a spike in ad views? I send support a notice but no response yet.

I had last year such an incident.

The suicide of an actress brought tenthousands of visitors, all not in the right mood to click on ads.

But this did not influence the low EPC of this site.
