I have tried to email adsense-support@google.com and it is a waste of time, they couldn't care less when you send an email there. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my "express secured delivery" check to arrive. Is there any other way to contact Adsense and ask them what is happening?

On your Adsense site there's a 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page. Clicking it leads to the support site, where you can make a search. Write your question there, you'll see quick answers from the knowledge base above (not always) and finally a form below where you can write your question.
I always contacted them through this way, and I always got a reply within 24 hours (often faster).
