Ive seen these sites all over that net that just send ppc traffic to sites with a paragraph of information and a relevant adsense ad that probaby run the advertiser $50 a click. I've seen ads that are relevent to pricey kw's on theese sites like mesothelioma, irs attorney etc...
Is this legit? or against the adsense program policy?
Does ppc to adsense even work? Is the ROI decent?

I see such sites only one time.
This is when I check my ads with the PreView tool and put such sites in the URL filter.

Many of these sites are being thrown out. Not worth the risk I am thinking. W.
