stats page and ad serving down

I'm getting ads just fine and while my stats haven't updated in over an hour, the stats page isn't down.

AdSense still displaying ads but reports have not updated for some time.

Possibly related: I've always had some problems viewing ads using Win2000, now they won't display at all.
