1 - clicking on your own ads
2 - asking others to click on your ads
3 - having text saying please "click to sponsor our site" or anything similar
4 - your site was hit with a click bot
5 - your site has no content other than ads
99.99999999 recurring comments posted saying they have had the adsense account terminated have been at fault either with clicking on their own ads or encouraging other to click,
be honest with yourself have you clicked on any of your own ads or encouraged anyone by having text just above the ads saying CLICK HERE or similar, google have found a pattern on your account and that's why it's has been cancelled
It will "NOT" be terminated due to any of these reasons
1 - your ugly
2 - they just don't like you
3 - you smell
4 - you've been having an affair
no one yet has posted saying it could be because of my personal hygiene my account was closed ;)
You need to analyse your sites log file to look for any patterns or obscure amount of clicks from the same IP number
I'm not saying this will work but its all you can do because they wont give an exact reason why your account was terminated
did your earning or ctr jump up suddenly, this would raise a flag for your account to be looked at
If you have read other threads on adsense accounts being terminated then you will know the only way forward is to put adsense behind you and start using another contextual ad supplier
No one has ever returned to say "hey guess what I have got my account reinstated" by doing xyz...never

As mentioned by others in this thread your CTR is exceptional high for a general site about skiing. I would like to have 56% CTR, but I am some magintudes behind you (on other subjects). Although it might be all genuine clicks I can imagine that Google decided to disable ads on your pages just to be on the safe side. Although I have no information about CTR of sites in the skiing business, I can imagine that your site's CTR is far above the average and that caused your account to be disabled.
You have a lot of resort-specific resources and that (along with your high PageRank) will probably send a lot of travel-related traffic your way.
I think the initial fear here was that it was a forum site -- or a community site with a constant stream of regulars. If those sites generate better than 1% CTR I would think that Google would flag that as suspicious.
Still, 15% CTR -- or even 11% -- is WAY out of the norm for a site. Yes, some may draw higher but it's easy to see why Google was at least suspicious.
While I haven't seen cases here of folks having their AdSense accounts restored -- Google tends to be pretty thorough before they toss someone out -- Yahoo! is likely to launch its competitive product soon (and MSN.com maybe come next year) so it may not be the end of contextual text ads on your site. Yet I think you will need to take a closer look at why someone was looking to enrich you with unusually high click rates. If that goes unchecked it's likely to happen again.
According to Google's program policies:
Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
But, personally, I don't see how having that link constitutes deceptive practice.
