Dear frnds..

I had a site that was denied permission at adsense cos the site had breached the TOS.This was primarily bcos i had not read the TOS properly or I had ignored them.

I have a series of website and google has approved another website of mine.
I shall start running adsense on this new site of mine..which is strictly according to the adsense TOS.
I have reformatted the old banned website to the terms of TOS.

As google says if i have to add new accounts to the new approved site i dont have to notify google but just to make sure that the added website is obeying the TOS.

Now my question is Can i use adsense code on the old banned(Now reformatted according to TOS) as well as with the new approved website? Pls gve me suggestions and problem that i may face...

Note:-The old site was banned cos of invalid clicks. And I swear it was a mistake as i had ignored the TOS and as i was playing around with diff layouts..3 ad units appeared on same page...and i had urged my visitors to click on the ads. This time i understand the seriousness. And the mistake wont be repeated in the new approved site and the old site as well..Ive read well the TOS and is confident now.

Chullanz,

I fear people have purposely lead you on to get you banned again. You should not have alerted Google with your e-mail; They WILL ban you again now. And I'm sure people here knew that when they suggested it.

I don't condone what you did and I hope Google doesn't let you in because I think you did fraud them. However, I don't condone the way people manipulated you here to get yourself booted out again.

Added: And when I say I hope you do get banned again, I really don't mean YOU personally. I just hope Google maintains the integrity of the system by policing fraud (which sometimes requires draconian measures).

MarkHutch has a good point though:

Even if you didn't get caught in the sign up stage, it doesn't mean that you won't get caught in the future. You could be putting a bunch of work into adding code to pages, which will become disabled in the future. If you don't mind possiblity wasting your time adding code that could be disabled in the future, then go for it.

Not telling Google is the only way for you to stay in, but you may be wasting time anyways.

I don't read it that way. He did get the benefit of doubt from posters who hadn't read the previous thread where it was discovered that he had solicited clicks.

Without that knowledge, suggesting he emailed Google to plead his case was reasonable. They soon changed their minds when they found out about the previous click fraud.

It doesn't really matter if you sympathise or not. He was planning to put the code on the banned site again, having signed up using another site. Once he does this, Google will pick up on this, and ban him again.

Whilst I personally believe he'd (probably) learned his lesson after the first time, it was too late - "one strike and you're out" is how Google will undoubtedly work it for all the reasons discussed at this, and the other thread.

Same is the case with me.. Google Banned my Name, address. I tried to enter again by giving new website name and my sister name but same address, not accepted. Then i again tried to join in by using The sister name but this time i made few changes in the address, I got accepted, I added adsense to all of my new websites.
My old website was getting lot of traffic but not making a single penny from it. SO what i did is added the new adsense account code to it. Now its 10 days and no problem yet. Ads are showing normal.
I am exactly not sure if it displays on banned site or not , because i am using inline frame on banned site which is linked to news site address. i.e, code placed on new site, showing on banned site with inline frame.
