meta tags weighed heavily for adsense targeting?

I recently started cloaking and presenting bots and pda/cellphone users a much smaller version of my site.

I noticed my adsense targeting seems more influenced by my meta tags than my content.

Anyone else see this?

maybe they are trying something new with targeting

the ads that I am getting are relevent to the site in general but are not relevent to the on page content.
