Both URLs are spidered differently - to a point.

Make sure you domain.com is pointed to www.domain.com with a 301 redirect. That is, at least what I do. Make sure all your link partners use the www as well.

Also, make sure that the software installed in your own site (forums etc.) link properly to the www form

Try this experiment.

Type in the address where you get the PSA's. Then press Ctrl and F5 at the same time. The ads should appear the second time you see the page.

What is this?
is that the shortcut for refresh?

You have to target only one either www.yoursite.com or yoursite.com. Have all the links pointing to one of them only. 301 redirect from one to another is also good way to prevent this. To Adsense Mediabot, those are two different pages.

If you promote www.yoursite.com only internally and externally, you are fine.

Ctrl and F5 at the same time forces a refresh from the source, bypassing any local cached results (supposedly)

I had the same problem a while back and it has something to do with my .htaccess. Check this [webmasterworld.com...]
