US surfer chinese PSAs

Last week I had a user make a post referencing a chinese site. Since this post I get tons of Chinese PSAs when I surf my site using a static USA IP.

Any clues?

I also occassionally see this problem on sites that have some content related to another country/language, even though I know Google has me correctly geo-targeted to Canada for other sites with AdSense. Not sure why though.
