after about 7 months of going live, my site is growing and is receiving enough traffic to warrant an adsense program. However, I am not indexed in G at all. A search for my domain provides nothing, my stats show no G traffic, and I never see the Gbot visit. Will this cause a problem if I sign up for adSense?

Have others successfully signed up for adSense for a site that is not indexed in G? btw, i have submitted to G a few times over the past 7 months and my site has no questionable content, just lots of text based solid research type of stuff.

Sure, go for it. Google doens't care where your traffic comes from.

Get some links from other sites such as ODP, any other directories that might apply, schools, orgs, etc.

On the contrary: Google says that this is not true, but somebody suspect that the Adsense bot tells the Googlebot about the new page.

In effects, it has happened to me that googlebot has visited one of my "development" pages that has no links to it, a page where I was experimenting in insering Adsense boxes.

But it's difficoult to be 100% sure, in these cases (maybe somewhere I linked to it?)

Since your users will have come from other search engines they won't just have seen the same adverts on the SERPS - makes them more likely to click on the ads. Go for it.

One of our sites was only in Google for a month, then out or rejected or ejected or who knows. But its been running AdSense before that, and continues to run AdSense. It does just fine without being indexed. It's a very specific niche though.

I'm one of those who wasn't on google serps and after joining adsense and voilá..... Was it a coincidence? Think not.

P.S. Also paused adwords at the same time but don't think that matters...or maybe it does.....
