Is any relation between page impression in adsense report and number of Ads on a page?

Yes. Each ad unit counts as one impression. The number of individual ads doesn't matter, just the number of blocks or units.

Thanks Curiosity, I was surprized! because my adsense impression report was 3.2 time more than my unique visitors,
Now I have another question, this page immpression is uinque visitors, or is sum of every hits?

It's the sum of every hit. If Google serves up an ad unit to a page for any reason, it counts as one impression.
