I've used (and continue to do so) a mixture of CPM networks. Consider Fastclick, Realtechnetwork, or Casale. They perform usually well.

I toss up a FireFox ad. Figure a PSA isn't making me any money. Might as well support something I choose. And, yes, I know I could put something else there to make money.
