Effective CPM down, and have not noticed addition of earnings

I'm experiencing a large revenue cutback this month - normally my Adsense earnings grow approx. 20% per month, but this month I am experiencing almost a 50% drop in revenues. I am getting the same amount of traffic and clicks (my CTR is the same or better) but my effective CPM is 50% lower this month.

I also read the thread that some publishers have noticed their earnings for February complimented by earnings that were simply out of time sync, or behind in reporting. But I have not noticed such earnings "appearing" for this month - I am confused. Can someone help me understand what that is about?
And is it just me? Or is it a bad month for Adsense?

i was compensated with "delayed" stats updating or witheld clicks. whatever you want to call it. But, even with this added on, I am still about 35% lower this month compared to previous months.

the only saving grace for me is that my sites traffic has been increasing. with more visitors, I get more clicks but those clicks aren't worth as much.

I have already got more clicks this month than all of january. But my revenues are still 15% lower than last month.

Some months are good. Some bad. You have to analyze all factors. How are your page views doing? Ad impressions (theoretically the same but different for many different reasons)? EPC? Once you have crunched the numbers, you are in a better position to analyze why things are not going well.
