I'd think not, but, I just found an RSS feed that includes someone's Adsense code.

Wouldn't this violate the rule that you can only put adsense on websites you control (where rss feeds are included on websites instead of a news reader)?

Technically you are calling a page into a page, or information into a page. The page/feed is created on the site that has permission to show the code and is called into another page. I asked a similar type questions but utilizing Iframes with no response so I look forward to the clarification also.
