After only 10 days URL filtering, I am at 40.

How many URLs in the filter is the record here?

I am sure some have the 100 limit already.

It's too bad they have such a low limit. Why not make it unlimited?

What limit 100?

At URL filters, the limit is 200

Only one. It's a porn site that kept popping up in the ads on one of my sites. I didn't think this was supposed to happen but it does.

It may be necessary to delete them once in a while and start again as some ads you filter out no longer exist. No use having them take up space.

Whoops! I'm having to up that figure this afternoon after some new 'tacky' ads are starting to show up. Now at >6 and climbing.

185, but only because I just deleted some to add new ones. They SHOULD have a higher limit since they're allowing so much more new junk in lately!

If you have content rich sites there is no sense in filtering, unless it is about your direct competitor.
Large content triggers many keywords, so (low paying) ads pop-up just like popcorn.

Is there a list of the ebay variations and other low-epc junk ads? I'd like to go back to blocking them since my epc has dropped.

I've just put up a new HTML & web design tutorial site and Adsense is not getting it at all...like on the page explaining backgrounds for web pages (with lots of text pertaining to web design), I get solid adsense ads for investigative "background checks" with an occasional HTML related ad thrown in.

I had to get rid of it completely on the HTML tables page, since the adsense was completely about furniture and camping equipment.

Oh, and you know "tags", the kind we use in HTML? If I see another adsense ad for barcoding or apparel tags, I'm going to bust.

So while you're going on 40, I'm nearing the 200 threshhold already.

I might just stick the adsense in an optimized frame because this is getting stupid.
