is this a classic dump of held clicks?

or merely good fortune?

My earnings are generally a consistent x, but the past week I've been at about .75x - looking through my stats, I noticed that number today is nearing 2x with a large amount of impressions left, should usually reliable trends keep up. Am I experiencing my first dump of held clicks? Is a week a normal holding time?

-Site traffic is extremely consistent, always within a few hundred uniques of a general trend of 15k uniques a day. Page views are also more stable than on any other site I've had, and hold at within about 1-2k of 50k.
-Since November my daily CPC, CPM, and Earnings have been remarkably stable.
-The market I'm in is fairly competitive, and bids per keyword are very stable.

I'm not complaining here, just trying to understand more about this situation, any input is appreciated!

It's already been noted in these forums that the different areas of the statistics - clicks, impressions etc don't get updated at the same time.

Just as a hunch I'd say impressions get counted first (easy to do), but clicks would have to have suspected/fraudulent clicks deducted etc so may take longer to be shown.
