I already registered and everything (I really need the money)...(that sounded pathertic $_$). But now I have to wait for a repply. I read everything (but still didn't get it) and surfed the board...so confused right now...Can any1 HELP ME!

After all there's no point in loosing all money by trying to earn faster and go off track ;)

You don't give us a lot of information, so I can only talk in general terms.
Firstly, Adsense isn't a get rich quick scheme. Anyone here who does well will probably tell you that it took time and effort to build traffic, and optimise pages for the best returns.
Adsense works well if you have an interesting site with good content that people want to visit. Therefore the first thing you need to do is to work on your website to provide this, and work on promoting it to get the visitors.
The adsense bit is easy - register, get accepted (hopefully), paste the code into your pages and watch what happens.
Tinkering with the ad placement and style is a matter of trial and error, and you can't do anything about the variations in clicks/bid prices so don't worry - just ride out the bumps.
The really hard bit is having the interesting website that has visitors, and that's what I suggest you work on.

You say that you've registered. By that, I assume you mean that you've applied for an AdSense account. If you've done that, you must already have a Web site, so why start by taking the obvious step of building on your existing content?
