I've turned on google's own GDPR banner consent thing for adsense, and it's all working fine.
after I consent to the message i get a little icon in the bottom lefthand corner of every subsequent page, and i remember this was how it worked that last time i turned it on, so I am okay with that.
but this time it's not just a little tiny icon in the corner, it's another banner that has a little tick symbol in a shield, followed by the message 'privacy and cookie settings... managed by google' . If i click the little 'X' on it the banner will disappear for that page, but then reappears on the every subsequent page.
does this big huge banner appear for everyone? because i thought every subsequent page load just had the little tick symbol in a shield.
