Hey,

I have been using Adsense for quite a time. Recently, on 17th Novembre my earnings were divided by 3 without any change on my side, or in traffic or code implementation.

I still have the same quality of visitors, nothing changed.

When I run reports, i noticed that it is the mobile rpm that dropped by 70% while desktop and other platforms remained the same.

Also, when I go to my website on desktop i can see relevant ads, while in mobile I see unfilled ads or irrelevant ones. Instead of seeing ads on every page i see one ad in every 5 or 6 pages.

NB: I am using auto ads plus 2 to 3 manual ad placements.

Can anyone tell me if he encountred the same problem? Is it a penalty? How to recover my old rpm and restore ads in my website on mobile version?

Thanks.

It's not a penalty or it would happen across platforms.

If you are seeing unfilled ads it would explain the RPM drop.

You might want to analyse just the mobile side only, specifically what might cause unfilled ads. There could be any number of reasons for that.

Ah i tought it is a penalty. I analyzed mobile traffic and there is no change in the last couple of months. Could you give me some of the reasons that might cause this?

Thanks a lot.
