I'm looking for some help related to wired transfer payment problems.

Never used AdSense until April this year when I started through Mediation on Ezoic for one of my sites. Two payments later, no money received.

Went through wired transfer troubleshooter (many times) with a message that my payment is on hold. Nothing that I can see. Everything filled out correctly. Asked for a SWIFT copy many times, no reply. Not sure who to contact, so if anyone has any email where to send to solve this, or any other idea, please share I'd be grateful.

Created a thread in the Google community here:

The Google community is as close to a personalized response you're going to get depending on who responds. If the payment is on hold then repeatedly using the troubleshooter is likely to slow down any response, patience is key.

Out of curiosity, which country is the payment being sent to? and are you sure you met the minimum payout threshold for that month and payment type?

Please someone help, or I'll start spamming Google Analytics support team, so they can reach out to AdSense team
That part of your community message is not going to be seen as helpful. I wouldn't do that.

Thanks for the reply.

My country is Serbia, so I'm offered a wired transfer or a check. I wasn't able to select anything else.

I've been waiting since the beginning of July, not sure how much more I should wait. Obviously, I didn't spam anyone nor would I send emails containing nonsense, but I need to reach out to someone otherwise I don't see this getting solved any time soon. There has been no progress since July. All I've experienced is another payment not being paid, and soon I'm guessing the third one will be delayed just the same.

If you have a hold notice in your adsense payments dashboard then you need to resolve the issue with Google. If you do not have a hold notice in your payments dashboard then you need to speak to your bank.

Be careful about accidentaly creating a hold on the payment, which is what Google will do if you tell them payment was NOT received and sufficient time has gone by. They would try to cancel the payment, if possible, and if successful would re-issue another after their typical wait period. You can add weeks and even months to the payment delay if you get a payment cancelled and re-issued.

I believe your adsense dashboard shows you a SWIFT or IBAN code when they issue a wire transfer payment? The code is all your bank should need to verify payment status. In reality they may not even need that if a payment was received to your name.

This can all be frustrating, but be sure to talk to your bank first if there is no payment hold notice in your adsense dashboard. Good luck.

Thanks for trying to help out. I wish I had anything... I have no notice in AdSense, I only get that as I use the wired transfer troubleshooter, but I think it's broken. There is no hold, or limit, or any messages anywhere. Everything is set up properly as far as I can see. I've talked to my bank and they request a SWIFT document. Google AdSense suggests asking SWIFT "form them" as well so I can show to my bank. I asked many times through the troubleshooter, but nothing.

"I believe your AdSense dashboard shows you a SWIFT or IBAN code when they issue a wire transfer payment?" - I don't think it does, I've checked this again just now. As I've said, AdSense suggests requesting this from them, which I did. Many times.

My bank requests SWIFT MT103 form, but I can't that anything from AdSense. Even their links in wired troubleshooter help are broken. I get a message my account is on hold, and a link to "reasons why your account might be on hold", and the link is broken.. Getting increasingly frustrated by the complete lack of support from AdSense.

Thanks for all the responses though.

There is a dropdown in which you can select your country. Check to see what the requirements are for your country, it's not universal. If all of that is correct and you don't see a hold notice in your adsense dashboard and you did meet the minimum payout threshold this is what adsense says...

No payment after 15 business days? The AdSense Support Team can help

What happens when you contact us:

We review your payment history and confirm whether your payment was issued successfully.
If your payment was cancelled, we contact your bank to find out why, then let you know how to fix the issue and receive your payment.
If it wasn't cancelled, we put you in touch with our finance team who help you track your payment with a SWIFT copy/UTR. Your bank can use the SWIFT copy/UTR to find your payment as it contains information such as the time and date when the bank received your payment.

To contact us, follow the steps in the troubleshooter.

I know it's frustrating but patience is key. I think if you spam a Google product like the troubleshooter you just delay getting service as you go to the back of the line each time. Nobody but Google can give you definitive advice and they do monitor payment issues very closely, but it takes time.

Just a suggestion, if you have an ongoing problem receiving a wire transfer you might want to consider switching your payment method to check before the next payment cycle. Good luck!
