New to Adsense

Can you help with a few questions?

Hi all,

I'm quite new to Adsense and I was wondering if you guys could help. While I seem to not be doing too bad per month on Adsense, it appears the general theme of the site has got low paying keywords. How do you identify what the higher paying keywords are? Then if you site is all about say blue widgets, yet green trees are the highest paying keywords, how would you intergrate them into your site? Do you need to create new sites purely based on green trees to captialise on this?

I am currently experimenting with different types of layouts and colours to see which is the best. Now some people suggest no borders and blue links. Others say have borders and links similar to colours on your page. What do you think works best?

I also have decided to try adsense for the first time and my area seems to be 3-5c clicks.
If your site is in anyway 007 related I noticed (to my surprise) that these ads are also minimum bid words.

I also suffer from being in a low traffic sector so adsense has, so far, been less than exciting
