Looks like another recession is looming (sigh). Not only is Adsense decreasing, but even things like my paid memberships, etc. are decreasing.

@Stef4
1) No one will and is allowed by Adsense policy to disclose anything about income 2) Where you live is not affecting your revenues; it s where you publish 3) 600 Dollars a day even is feasible even if you don t live in the USA and you don‘t publish there 4) to achieve this you have to be expert in certain niches where your content becomes popular and adds values to both readers and advertisors

So, for me I'd say earnings are 2/3 of what they were pre Ukraine-Russia War. Things hit rock bottom in March and from there it remained stable. This isn't my traffic patterns. Traffic is stable. But the RPM of all the countries were drastically reduced since the war started.
I don't know if you are seeing the same.

May is usually bonkers, but this May is not. It seems to be the case for many.

May is the worst month so far. Worst than during pandemic lockdown periods.

Diversify your niches and don t concentrate in a unique sector and country or even language.

@Sissi
I don’t know if I agree about not focusing on a sector, country, or language. In my niche that has been the best approach from an Adsense perspective. My sites are international but when I started focusing on the USA and english language primarily in my promotions, my Adsense revenue increased.

@Gatomark Everyone has find his/her own way to optimize Adsense. Diversification of niches has helped me during the last 17 years to absorb political and economical volatilities. This is also not static but dynamic not static, former niches need to be replaced by new sectors and opportunities. Finally once you have Adsense trusting you , your only challenge is SEO.

working on my ‘active view viewable’ had the biggest affect on my earnings. i always had it hovering around 50% but i’m just under 70% now. i had to lose thousands of impressions but my CTR, page PRM and earnings have all gone up.

@adtech2
Anytime you are nearing a recession, one of the first things that companies reduce is ad spending. The companies who reduce their spending during a downturn always end up being behind once the recession is over.
Even when my websites were impacted negatively during Covid in 2020, I never reduced my marketing or advertising spending.

@gatomark
Ad spending is a luxury probably for offline business, but for the online businss it s more than this.
My only assumption is that they are more publishers than advertisors currently. At the end we ll never know, our business is too complex to understand.
