I have successfully completed address verification with my Adsense publisher account, but the payment troubleshooting tool states that I did not verify the pin, it gives an error that I cannot receive payment.
As far as I recall (but that was a lot of years ago) AdSense sends a card for the PIN after they have your mailing address. Usually it arrives before you have a payment earned but I suppose it is possible to have some delay.

Yes, an envelope was sent to my house by mail, I verified my address with this envelope, but my payment is not made.
In my Adsense account, it says pin verification successful, but in the payment troubleshooter it says you need to verify pin.
I can't solve a very stupid situation, I wanted to get information.
