AdSense and Programmable Search Engine questions

Hi, I'm Emma,
I just learned to use google Adsense.
I have 2 questions.
1. why I didn't see AdSense Custom Search Ads in my Adsense account? Are there any special requirements to enable this feature?
2. why my Adsense account can't connect with Programmable Search Engine?

Programmable Search Engine is a search engine from Google to use on your site, visitors use it to search your site. AdSense is added to your pages alongside their search engine, it is not added to their search engine. Be sure to read the documentation for each product to get the best benefit from combining them on your site.

Hi Emma
as far as I know, your Adsense account should have the "Search" product in the product list active in your account
If your Adsense does not have it, you can't do any Custom Search Ads
