I have been getting a few 3.2 errors this week.

[help.quantcast.com...]

The TC string creation date was more than 13 months ago

CMP should delete the old TC string and reobtain consent.

Choice is programmed to reprompt consumers if the consent string creation date reaches 13 months of age.

There is no action to take.

Are we sure we don't have to take action?

Asking because I have noticed a drop in revenue since then.

Domain,Ad unit,Error,Error count,Last detected date
Unknown,Unknown,3.2,20,8/23/2021
Unknown,xxx,3.2,20,8/20/2021

Seeing "Unknown" in the "Domain" space along with the same error count as the "xxx" domain (assuming you used "xxx" in place of "example") makes me wonder whether you have canonicalized your domain's URLs.

Are you able to visit the site with and without the www and/or using http/https? If all your URLs redirect using 301 to one URL then that "Unknown" could be a scraper's copy of the error's URL.

I had the same warning 5 weeks ago using a cookie notice warning within the Adsense account they offer us themselves. In the meantime, the problem resolved itself and the warning was marked as resolved.
I don't think there's anything you should do and the problem will go away on its own.
