Is there any use placing Adsense ads on this site? Advise.

Hi so I have a website with about 450 unique users and about 1000 page views. USA users are about 40%.

Is it worthwhile placing adsense ads on this website? Or I should build the site more, and then place adsense ads? Thanks!

I guess you did read the google guide, and policies on what they want. It is mainly about content than users or traffic.

The guide states, a blog, a forum or a service that is offered.

So the site you have needs to be a blog or a forum, with a lot of content that doesn't meet the restricted content. Original content. Like others have expressed on the forum, there aren't easier methods. It is strict.

You won't know until you try. With 1,000 pageviews per day, it certainly could be worthwhile. If that's per month, then maybe not, but ultimately there are simply too many variables in play here (industry, ad placement, value of your time, etc) for us, knowing nothing about your site, to tell you yes or no.

With an optimised Adsense strategy those stats could give you about $25 a month.

No matter the number of visitors, and no matter the niche, since most of ads are, now, interest based, and no more contextual.

Now, all depends what you are expecting. Among my sites, I do have a small one, with 200 visitors per day, which generated ~ $50 / mo , and this covers the costs of all my servers and domain names. So , I find this nice, and worth it.
