Do you apply for a new adsense account?

If, I permanently move to another country, do I have to apply for a new Adsense account? Or I just log on to my current Adsense account and change the address in my account settings? Sounds like a dumb question but I know someone who applied for a new account when he moved to another country, so a little confused. I am interested because I am planning to move to another country in near future. Thanks.

According to Google Adsense FAQ, you can just update the account info (and tax info if neccessary). You have to be present in another country to update the tax info, though, because it says it will detect the IP address of the submission.

In the help on account settings is an email address to use if you are moving to another country, or changing your name.
