Is google_adsense_script considered an impression?

If I am using the google_adsense_script.html from google as my alternate ad, is that considered an ad impression whenever it gets used/shown? For example, if I have a page with 3 ad units, but only the first one is populated with ads and the other 2 use the google_adsense_script.html, is that 1 impression or 3?

If I display a google skyscraper ad once, does it count as one impression in the stats or 5 (because it is made up of 5 individual ads for different sites)?

one ad unit is one impression (so a skyscraper and a 468x60 banner would still be just one).
