Google mails out something like a W2 form for us Americans, right? If so, about how long did it take for them to arrive last year?

Probably a 1099 MISC and only if you made over, ( I think it's still) $600 from them in 2004.

If you make under $600 you don't get a 1099... however, your are still required to count that income.
