Adsense site

If I decide to sell adsense site , Will the buyer has to get this site approved from adsense once again or he can just replace adsense code and get on with it ? Anybody has this experience since adsense decided to approve every new site before giving ads ?

If the site has already been approved for Adsense, or has been running Adsense since before manual approval started last year, the buyer should be able to just change the code.

The approval process is for new sites, i.e. those that have never been monetised with Adsense before.
