Sharing experience (adsense on mobile devices)

I wasn't sure if I had to create a new topic, or post in the monthly Adsense topic.

I did an experimentation, which "so far", seems successful, so I thought I could share it, in case it can help. But keep in mind, that what works for one site, doesn't necessarily work for another one.

So, on mobile device (only, not desktop), I enabled "anchor ads" and removed all other adsense ads to just keep a Link Unit after the content, before the comments section.

Since 2 weeks, there is a 30% increase of earning (for similar number of page view).

Before, I had one ad unit on top (90px height), another ad unit between the content and comments sections (300x250) and one more at the very end of the page (300x250) .

So, (so far), it's pleasing me very much, more money, and less invasive ads (I like the anchor ads, and don't find them invasive at all).

There can be a "honeymoon" period where something new gets a lot of notice, especially if there's a significant number or repeat visitors.

Hopefully you'll continue to get good results.
