I have a lottery directory with links to legal US state run lotteries. There are plenty of lottery related google ads being served (most are scams) can I get dropped for this?

Well, that's definitional. Are lotteries gambling-related or not? Surely the point is to protect Google from liability. I'd ask.

I'm running a lottery scam section on my site.
(Mostly, I publish all those mails telling me I won a million Euro.)

Didn't ask, but I know G has manually reviewed the site a couple of times without any complaints.
