I've had my Adsense account for like forever and am helping a few folks I coach get up an running. I know over the years as I've helped others I've seen approval times as low as a day to maybe 4 or 5 days.

So far 3 approvals are at 10 days and the others are at 7 and still say "Activating your account".

Everyone has sites with original content and daily organic traffic in the 50 to 150+ uniques a day.

I know i see people talking about 4 to 5 weeks but curious what people have been seeing around here.

It certainly depends of a lot of factors, including country. 50-150 unique visitors a day is very low, so it's certainly not a priority for Adsense to review these applications. Be careful, I am not saying that 50-150 visitors per day means a site is bad. It's a lot better to have 100 quality visitors per day, than 10.000 zombies. I have a site which is only 200 visitors per day, but produces $2-$3 / day !

Thanks Dimitri....

So here is something interesting....we had the Header code in the header but futher down in the header as there were other things loading. We ended up modifying our code to put the AS header code as the first entry in the header and "BAM" all accounts got either approved or at least looked at within 24 hours. Can't say that was the only thing as we ramped up traffic efforts but I was talking to another guy who says that always works for him.
