"Ad Crawler Errors" ?

Will someone clear this up please?

When I login to AdSense, I see this message, "You have ad crawler errors, which can result in lost revenue."

Can anyone explain this - in plain English please?

Adsense doesn't explain further?

Most likely when the Mediapartners-Google robot came by, it encountered errors when requesting files on your site.

This is usually when you are disallowing some files in robots.txt or possibly your server was having issues at the time... it happens :(

So you do what you can on your end and see if the error message goes away after a week or two.

Not that I've found - at least not in plain English.

Right now I would be happy knowing if that "can" is an "is'.
