Anyone here have experience on how long it takes to get approved for Custom Search Ads?

They have a google form you fill out to get approval. It was weird. I filled it out and hit submit and there was really nothing much on the confirmation page except a few random words on the page... not a "thank you ....we will contact you" or anything like that.
I'm assuming it went through.
Anyone know how long it takes to hear back?
