I had had no issues with my ad layout up until today. I went to my site to notice that when an ad is clicked on mobile, instead of going to the advertiser it says visit site. Has anyone dealt with this before? What can I do to get it removed and how long does it last? Please let me know

instead of going to the advertiser it says visit site.

This is common, this is to avoid accidental clicks.

I see that you had a topic which is indirectly related - [webmasterworld.com...]

May be Adsense considers that your site is producing too many fake/accidental clicks. But as for the "visit this site" message, it exists on mobile ads since at least 2 years.

Alright thank you for informing me. How long does it usually last for those that have dealt with it before? I have already switched my ad layout to help prevent accidental clicks. Please let me know

And yes before they did have arrows for a few weeks and when those came back everything seemed fine for a little over a month and then today I noticed that the ads now have the double click visit site and the arrows seem to be missing. Please let me know what I can do to fix this or how long it will take to be removed
