my CTR Drop

on daily I got about 4-5% CTR [ I got about 4 Websites]
that month my CTR drop to 2-3. it was for 20 days, and then stable when I switch one ad to "on article ad"
today is the same, about 2-3%
I am using Responsive ad and on article ad, and both of them got drop today.
what can happen? sometimes, when I go to my website I notice there's missing ad, I have no idea if it only on my phone or for everyone and that what makes the drop each time.

It might not bet the same, but there are report of blank ads (no ads, or empty ads with just the adchoice icon)

First you need to determine what type of blanks ads.

Blanks ads due to coverage issues (ads not being loaded).
Blanks ads due to ads loaded but not appearing.

The coverage issue is simple to diagnose. Check your coverage in your AdSense account. As for ads not appearing, this is more challenging, basically go to your site a look at the ads. If they appear as empty squares but still show the "Ad Choices" logo then you will know that there is an issue. The challenge is that this what you see only and may not reflect what your users see. So there is no way of explicitly determining the impact.

1.97% is a really good CTR. Much higher than this and you'd probably be getting investigated by AdSense. I haven't seen anything approaching this for years, let alone over 3%...
