Error and timeout loading ads and adsbygoogle.js

Hi,

I noticed that since this afternoon, all pages on my site have trouble loading adsbygoogle.js (https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js). The page will try to load adsbygoogle.js and sometimes it will load it, but most of the time it ends up throwing a 503 error Chrome DevTools. When trying to access the file directly, I notice the same problem. Ads can also take a really long time to load and sometimes don't even load at all.

My AdSense RPM has also been much lower than usual today.

Anyone else notice this issue today?
