300x600 ad size, and the new chrome ad blocking

Anyone know anything about the new stardards that google is trying to implement with chrome and the effect it will have with 300x600 ad size? Wouldn't the new standard pretty much eliminate this ad size? I thought I read somewhere, that you are not suppose to have so much ads that it covers a certain screen size. And well, I feel like 300x600 would definately fail that criteria.

What am I missing here? Also I don't have this size up on my site, but I wanted to test it, as I am working on a redesign.

I assume that you are referring to the "Better Ads Standard". For BAS the issue is about ad density more than about specific ad size, the standard says max 30% the page can be ads. So 300 x 600 on a long page filled with content should be okay.

AZN, if you use responsive ads, you can choose to display it as 300x600 on desktop and 300x250 on mobile.

@azn romeo 4u If you use WordPress, in Ad Inserter plugin you can show two ads for same spot platform-wise.
