Hi, i am new here just found this forum..
I read here that there is members with very high page CTR somthing like 8%+
i have very low 2.5% page ctr.. with some days low CPC too.. i dont know why is this
There is option to control this? I mean if there is a reason for this changes every two days..
I follow the data and every day the CPC change..
i have political site.. How is it possible to increase the page CTR?
There is relevante ads for political sites? i dont know how to fix this..
In adsense there is option to block general categories.. Is it recommended to do this?
What i need to do to increase the page CTR?
*sorry about my English

2.5% is a pretty good ctr, 8% usually suggests a high level of accidental clicks or a very high number of ads - both of these can lead to problems with your account.
I dont block categories except when they are ones I object to seeing on our site such as gambling. Blocking categories is much more likely to decrease income than increase it.

As Rasputin says, 2.5% CTR is pretty good. It just depends on your traffic and how relevant your ads are, which you can really only control by the type of content you have (and even then relevance is not guaranteed). Visitors might also be seeing ads based on their browsing history, which might have nothing to do with politics. You can try placing ads in different positions on your pages (Google has some suggestions about layout), but if you attempt to increase clicks through deception (i.e., putting them too close to navigation, etc.), then you can get into trouble.
