The Mobile-first Index Update [webmasterworld.com] is confirmed and underway little by little. Members are starting to see shifts in ranking.

So the question is... how the update is affecting Adsense income, or is it still too early to tell?

I started to see a surge in mobile traffic yesterday, October 28 that has continued. Adsence activity was slightly below normal, but very high today.

There will likely be a flux in most metrics until the update has settled, but some sources say that may be well into 2018.

I'm seeing much better RPM this weekend. Not sure it is to do with mobile index or just Christmas ad campaigns ramping up.

How both are related though? Apart from page views.

For me USA PVs down 50% for the last week. US sites such as Pinterest and Houzz dominating the results whichever Google.tld I use.

Today's USA earnings coming up to 75% of my Googleday, zero, seriously 0 cents.

Congrats to all USA webmasters, total manipulation by the G Monster in your favour.

Presumably rankings may improve for some sites. More traffic can sometimes bring more earnings.
