Hi, so just 2 days ago I opened a ticket with Adsense Support via email. I got a reply from a support guy in the Adsense support office.

Now today when I'm emailing with reply to the same adsense support email address, my email is bouncing back! nothing I could make out of their email headers either.

Anyone having same issue?

In the bounce-back it'll have some indication as to what the problem might be, and often it's a block on the SMTP server.
What does the bounce-back indicate?

I just replied to an email that I had received from Adsense Support (where they asked me to reply), and it got bounced with the following message:
"We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (adsense-support) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:"

Something broken, I think.

Many email programs get it wrong when replying to emails that have a group address in the From field. They sometimes make you open the full form of the reply message to see all fields (To, CC and BCC).

Try using Reply-All from the initial email and pick the human sounding address instead of the group (remove the group email address before sending).

If you are a member of this group with a different email address you will get that bounce-back also. Normal expected behavior. Try adjusting your From address if that's the case.

An update on my bounced message - I got a reply from someone at Google despite the bounce message.
It was all in gmail, so no 3rd party email application involved.
